Draw of lots will be held on Monday, 30th January 2012 at 3.00 p.m. at the School in the presence of nominee of Education Department and parents. Therefore, parents of children who have applied for admission under freeship category against above Registration Nos are required to reach School at 2.45 p.m. They must show the Registration Slip issued by this School at the Gate for entry. Successful candidates are required to submit an affidavit on the prescribed format at the school office by 15th February 2012 (by 12.00 noon). Candidates who have not been shortlisted above are being informed the reasons for rejection, by post, and parents are urged to wait till it is received before making any further query. Any further queries will be entertained only through a Pro-forma kept for that purpose at the gate.
