1.                  Total number of seats available for admission in pre-school      : 160.
2.                  Total number of seats to be filled with the children of                            : 16.

3.                  Date, place, mode of distribution and receipt of registration forms : Forms will be available at the School on 15th, 16th  & 17th December 2009 (Timings : 2.30 – 4.30 p.m.).
4.                  Infrastructural facilities available in the school : Well established with all the facilities.
5.                  Facilities available for children with special needs : Ramps for wheelchair.
6.                  Details of Faculty of the school : Experienced and qualified faculty.
7.                  Fee structure : Yet to be decided and approved for the year 2010-11.

9.                  List of supporting documents to be produced by the parent at the time of admission :
 
(a) For all candidates :
(i)    Municipal Birth Certificate. (Certificate issued by hospitals/affidavits will not be acceptable).
      (ii) Copy of Ration Card/Election Photo Identity Card
                               
(b) For Christians
(i) Letter from Parish Priest in case of Catholics.
(ii) Certificate from In-charge of respective Church in case of other Christian denominations.
 
(c) Additional documents to be attached for E.W.S. Applicants :
(i) Annual Income Certificate of parents issued by the Sub Divisional Magistrate.
(ii) Residence proof for the last five years.

FORMS DULY FILLED IN TO BE SUBMITTED TOGETHER WITH DOCUMENTS AS REQUIRED ON OR BEFORE 2ND JANUARY 2010, ON ALL WORKING DAYS BETWEEN 8.30 AM AND 12.30 PM.
 
NOTE:-SCHOOL OFFICE WILL REMAIN CLOSED FROM 24TH . TO  27TH DEC. AND 1ST JANUARY 2010.
 
[BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY HOSPITALS/AFFIDAVITS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.]
 
THE PARENTS SEEKING ADMISSION OF THEIR CHILDREN  AGAINST E W S CATEGORY SHALL SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION.
 
[1] ANNUAL INCOME CERTIFICATE OF THE PARENTS ISSUED BY THE SUB DIVISIONAL         MAGISTRATE.
 
[2] COPY OF THE FAMILY RATION CARD/ VOTER IDENTITY CARD.
 
NOTE:- INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION FORMS SHALL BE SUMMARILY REJECTED.
 
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:- MINIMUM 3 YEARS AND 3 MONTHS AND MAXIMUM UPTO 4 YEARS ON 31ST MARCH 2010.
